Land Management for Improved Water Quality

A free workshop open to land managers, farmers, and volunteers! As part of the Improving Clifton Beck’s Water project, our partner Yorkshire Wildlife Trust are hosting a free workshop to help improve our understanding of water quality issues.


Tony Seymour from the Farm Environment will cover water quality monitoring and take us through an aerial look at water quality improvements.

Iain McDonell from the Environment Agency will cover legislation and interventions to improve water quality.

Brendan O’Connor from the Farming Advice Service will look into cross compliance and the water environment.


There will be a buffet, tea and coffee, and access to the bar.
